Daily journal November 13, 2001, The tax system is land robbery in full force,a violation of the Constitution while politicians plot to enrich themselves at the expense of the hard-working people that work but never get ahead. Between the foul medical system and the foul educational system, the system is corrupt we live in and no hope of straightening it out. The propaganda from the television tube is nonstop 24 hours a day and it is hard to compete with truth or common sense. They have doubled the tax on the average on every house in the city and vultures wait until you cannot pay them so they can steal your house and put you in the street, allowing them to sell it for a huge profit. They like those houses that have no mortgages on them so they can basically acquire them for the price of the tax due. No one is concerned about the welfare of the individuals that are struggling to work and pay tax and make a living for their families. This is a crime that exceeds all crimes and is unmerciful and unjust toserve the real needs of the people who are in a position to exploit the poverty-stricken people and cause human suffering and untold damage. The tax base is said to be switched overall from the industrial base to the homeowner, putting the burden more onthe poor. No private property should be taxed for more than it cost at the time it was built less depreciation. A thirty year old home should not be taxed at fair market value so called, when the owner does not choose to sell, but lives in it as a home. The taxer’s use whatever method or value that will yield the highest revenue. In this case, such activities is a crime against God and man. May God have mercy on those that abuse. Homeowners or taxed at 4% of the assessed value, while rental property is taxed at 6% of the assessed value. This means that the poor people who rent houses pay a third more in taxes and this is very unfair. It's all coming down because this is all corrupt. Why should this beast continue to exist burdening what would be free people. The bill is out now on this year's tax and people lining up at the assessor's office frantic about their higher taxes. It was reported that the Legislature has forbid any increase in taxes in one year due to the reassessment but they do not seem to be aware of it. I was told that they only raised the total revenue by 2 percent per year but surely that would need to apply to each individual property. Certainly no taxes have been reduced, they all go up an exorbitant amount and many are double. County Council is meeting and a police car was there protecting them. The law business is good as we brought our police state and guard everything that moves. Luke 2-1 "And it came to pass in those days that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all theworld should be taxed". Save us Lord from unreasonable taxation. The very act of taxation spells harsh leadership by greedy individuals that exploit people. Smoking is a terrible addiction and a demonic habit with the power and spirit of tobacco smoke binding a person and causing such a stink in sight and out of them. In one mile I saw two women today on the road, cigarettes in their cars that makes them somehow feel at liberty and is a sign of speaking out a call that anything goes. The signal of a lost life, she is permissive and willing to do anything at the Devil hand. Is this image what a man wants for his wife or daughter? No it is not. Let us stamp out smoking altogether before all smokers are laid to rest in an early grave by cancer, heart trouble or other diseases. A report today on decaffeinated coffee revealed from a study that it was very unhealthy for women and actually, any coffee irritates the nerve endings and makes all of it a habit in my opinion. Tea was recommended by the study to be safer. To live in this society one is asking for much trouble and disease. I have now painted sugar Mama and sugar Daddy, both with sugar baby. Would being wrong and overcoming those devil’s vices for those who exploit our weaknesses, let us choose life, not terribly addictive cigarettes to harm.
